Situational Analysis

Situational analysis assesses the local environment, stakeholders, trends, contributing factors, and consumer learning needs, followed by a process for priority setting and development of an action plan to address the specific situation of the local county or community.

Process Evaluation

Process evaluation assesses whether the steps to implement the intervention are accomplished in a timely, efficient and effective manner and what lessons are learned during implementation.

 Outcome Evaluation

Outcome evaluation measures whether the intervention reached its audience, and how well the intervention met its short and medium term outcomes – An impact analysis can also be conducted to look at long-term impacts and larger scale impacts of various interventions.
